Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our application. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Description of Service
Our application provides ambient audio tracks and AI-generated soundscapes for relaxation and sleep. We offer both a free version with limited features and a Premium subscription that unlocks advanced AI generation capabilities.
2. Premium Subscriptions & Payments
Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" button in the Settings page. Upon cancellation, you will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
3. User Conduct and AI Generation
When using the "SoundCrafter AI" feature, you agree not to submit prompts that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or explicitly offensive. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the AI generation API or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
4. Intellectual Property
All standard audio tracks, designs, and branding within the app are the property of the application owner or properly licensed (e.g., via Pixabay). You may not redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from the application's audio library.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide a seamless gapless audio experience and reliable AI generation, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the application owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes within the application.
8. Third-Party Services
Our application utilizes third-party infrastructure to operate, including Supabase for user authentication and secure database management, and Stripe for payment processing. By using our service, you acknowledge that these third-party platforms process your data according to their respective policies. We are not liable for any service interruptions, data breaches, or errors originating from these external providers.
